In short NOT A DAYUM THING!!!! lol
Its great entertainment for us who sit at home glued to this foolishness but let’s be real the only thing one can come away with after the few chuckles and jaw drops is that people will do ANYHTHING for a dollar. I cannot accept that any of these people would act this way in real life off-camera with no check on the line.
Yeah yeah…I know what you’re gonna say…we all know some ghetto trife people who just might fit the bill but really think about it a minute even the MOST of those aren’t behaving to the extremes of what is portrayed on TV.
So recap of the lessons learned about getting your 15 minutes of fame:
Get a fat booty and a supaweave
Ufck a rapper
be a rapper
enjoy random choreographed fights
promote a rapper
produce a rapper
be a girl who likes girls
befriend a rapper
clap and talk in syllables for emphasis
give birth to a rapper (awww hell wait a minute I got that one covered lmao Yelling* Im about to blowuputaaaaaaate!!!!!)
be delusional about your relationship
or just have a voice like Joe Budden (hell he can talk his way into or out of anything)
go to jail
be in love with someone who went to or is in jail
do anything that gets you in or around a music studio
make a sweet brown type video and send it to Mona Scott Young
So I’ve been talking to just about anyone who will listen, including myself, about how we got HERE. Why, how, and what happened to us as a society that sent us spiraling into an abyss of unbridled ignorance? Where the highlight of our week is watching someone else do something in a home or hood that may or may not be thiers that no self-respecting person would ever do in real life (keyword: self-respecting).
Yes, I admit it I have fallen victim a few times, lets be real there is no entertainment like watching Joe Budden say the WORST things in the CALMEST voice and watching the doe-eyed vixens to which these verbal assasinations are delivered smile coyly and accept thier woeful plight in whatever current “reality” Joe has cooked up for them…now that boy has got skills!!!!
But all digression aside, does it ever make you wonder how this happened, how we went from juicy novels or, politcal rhetoric, or family-oriented sit coms, to what we now view as acceptable entertainment?
